Nancy Ludin - CEO/Executive Director

In 2001, Nancy Ludin’s oldest son chose to do his community service with the Jewish Pavilion. She drove him weekly to Savannah Court to deliver challahs to the residents, and once a month she and her sons worked as servers at their Shabbat dinners. The entire family developed a wonderful rapport with the residents and thoroughly enjoyed their Sabbath meals with the elderly.

Nancy Ludin has been the CEO of the Jewish Pavilion since 2008. With her background in Jewish communal service and social work, the job was a perfect fit for her personality and skills. Nancy has a bachelor’s and two masters degrees as well as certifications in fundraising and nonprofit management. During her tenure, the agency has expanded, and thousands of seniors have enhanced their connection to the Jewish community. Nancy Ludin moved to Orlando in 2000 to direct the Jewish Federation Campaign. She has served as director of education at a synagogue, marketing director of a school and summer camp, and fundraising director for a Jewish school and synagogue.

Nancy is happily married to Craig Ludin. They have three adult sons—Daniel, Aaron and Evan. She is a voracious reader, an avid traveler, and a daily exerciser.   nancyludin@jewishpavilion.org

Penny Goldstein D'Agostino - CFO/Managing Director/South Orlando Program Director/Lake County Program Director

Penny has been a Pavilion volunteer as a singer, service leader, and committee member for almost 10 years and was honored as volunteer of the year in 2015. Penny and her husband, David, own and operate Infinity Financial Group in Altamonte Springs, where she is a specialist in organizational management, forensic accounting and taxes. It is this forte that brought her into the Jewish Pavilion offices to help organize and maintain its accounting system, planning at first to stay only a month or two until someone else was found. But her love of the organization made her reluctant to leave, and she now acts as the Jewish Pavilion’s CFO and managing director.

Penny is originally from New York and was a cantor, cantorial assistant and choir director in Miami before moving to Orlando in 1994. She was a full-scholarship vocal/music theater and business major at the University of Miami.

With a passion for cooking, the Jewish Pavilion Cookbook was one of Penny’s favorite projects. It is available to anyone who registers for the Jewish Pavilion Newsletter at https://www.jewishpavilion.org/subscribe-to-our-newletter.    penny@jewishpavilion.org

Ashley is often the lovely voice that answers the phone, or you may see her out at a community networking event, or perhaps you have read her stories in the Heritage, or you have been to a Bake that she has helped co-ordinate. Like all of the staff at the Jewish Pavilion, Ashley wears a lot of hats. She also keeps her loving husband and two wonderful kids smiling. Susan Bernstein - Program Director North and Northeast Orlando

Susan Bernstein came to volunteer for the Jewish Pavilion upon her arrival to Orlando in 2014. Monthly Shabbat visits with the Temple Israel Hebrew School students at Brookdale Island Lake enabled Susan to experience firsthand the importance of reaching out to our Jewish senior population. When her mother relocated to a Brookdale community in 2015, she decided to officially join the team of volunteers who provide Shabbat and holiday programs throughout the area. The joy and meaningful engagement that she witnessed while her mother and friends celebrated each week made her decision to accept the position of Jewish Pavilion program director in 2018 an extremely easy one.

Throughout her career as public school music instructor or Judaic studies educator and school director, Susan always made time to volunteer in the various communities she lived in across the country, serving on the chevrah kadisha, tutoring teens and visiting seniors in their independent or assisted living residences. Susan brings her musical skills as song leader and Judaic background to her weekly programs that include 12 facilities in the Longwood, Lake Mary and Sanford communities.

Susan loves to teach and to continue learning from her students and those she comes in contact with. Her love for travel has brought her to Guatemala, where she visits each year in support of the Mayan women artisans in expanding their Fair Trade markets in the States.   susanjewishpavilion@gmail.com
